I'm a software developer currently working as a Software Support Engineer at IBM.
I have a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from York University, where I had experience working as a Software Developer Intern at both IBM and CIBC. I enjoy developing apps for all platforms (desktop, mobile, and web). Outside of writing code, I have a couple of hobbies such as playing piano, and playing board games with my friends.
I always had a passion in learning how things worked, specifically in computers. During a high school computer science class, my teacher showed us a video on YouTube called “What Most Schools Don’t Teach”. This video inspired me to learn more about computer software. Writing code felt very satisfying, as it gave me a platform to create whatever I wanted, and showed me immediate results.
My goal is to develop software that many people will use in their daily lives. I want to help create something that I am passionate about, and is useful to people in some way!2021 - Present
I've provided level 2 technical support for multiple IBM products related to regulatory technology and fraud prevention. I communicated directly with clients using Salesforce Service Cloud to troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve their issues.

I've maintained an internal Java web application deployed on IBM WebSphere used for credit card adjudication. In addition, I wrote Python and Java apps to automate several internal processes within the bank.
2016 - 2017
I've developed and tested Eclipse based plugins and tools that use IBM's WebSphere and Bluemix platforms using Java. I've also helped build a test automation app that continuously runs unit tests after every code commit.
